NANO Ceramic Film

The ceramic membrane usually has a three-layer structure and is asymmetrically distributed, similar to the sandwich type. Including a support layer (carrier layer), a transition layer (intermediate layer) and a membrane layer (separation layer).
The pore size of the support layer is generally 1-20 μm, and the porosity is 30%-65%, which is mainly used to increase the mechanical strength of the film.
The pore size of the transition layer is smaller than that of the support layer, the thickness is about 20-60 μm, and the porosity is 30%-40%, which can prevent the particle penetration into the porous support layer during the preparation of the film layer.
The membrane layer has a separation function, the pore size varies from 0.8 nm-1 μm, the thickness is about 3-10 μm, and the porosity is 40%-55%.
